Can I cancel my Featured subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Featured Athlete subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your profile reverts to the free tier at the end of your billing period.
How does the messaging system work?
Coaches can message athletes directly through the platform after expressing interest. All communication must stay on Tier 1 — coaches agree in their Terms of Service not to contact athletes outside the platform. This protects athletes and ensures a safe recruiting environment.
How does boosted search ranking work?
Featured Athletes appear at the top of coach searches before free profiles, with a featured badge that draws immediate attention. This significantly increases the chance of a coach clicking your profile.
Is the training content included for free athletes?
Some introductory content is free for all athletes. The full training library — including advanced pitching mechanics, hitting programs, conditioning plans, and mental performance modules — is exclusive to Featured members.
Do coaches pay anything?
Coaches create accounts for free and have full access to search, save, and message athletes. We believe removing financial barriers for coaches maximizes exposure for every athlete on the platform.
What is a recruitment video and what does it cost?
We film and edit a recruiting highlight video for you — the kind coaches actually want to watch. It's $50 for Featured Athlete subscribers and $75 for everyone else. Request one from your athlete dashboard.
Do I have to buy a video to upload highlights?
Not at all. Uploading your own highlight footage is free and always will be. The paid recruitment video is an optional add-on for athletes who want a professionally produced one — you can use ours, your own, or both.
What sports are supported?
We support softball, baseball, and cross country recruitment. Our training library and prospect camp are softball-specific. More sports will be added as the platform grows.
How are coaches verified?
Coaches go through an admin approval process before accessing athlete profiles. School email addresses are cross-checked against a verified domain list, and any unknown domains require manual review by our team. All coaches agree to contact-restriction terms before being approved.
